MakeShift Creative is a new venture by Pj Jacokes and Anne Di Iorio-Fitzpatrick. Over the past twenty years we have worked with clients from across all kinds of disciplines, from automotive giants to local chapters of The Girl Scouts. We have worked with schools, businesses and two of the four major sports teams, but all of that is in the past.
